I'm Pranav Mittal, a Social Entrepreneur
Hi! I'm a Grade 12 student at CMS Cambridge, Lucknow, with a deep interest in economics, business and public policy.
I'm drawn to the people who keep Lucknow's local economy running: its artisans, vendors and small business owners, and much of my work centres on them. I've founded initiatives that help artisans grow their businesses and that study how policy affects small enterprises on the ground. I also use photography and film to tell the stories of the people I work with, and I write about economic issues for various publications.
One of my favourite things to do is learn from people, and every conversation, whether with an artisan in Chowk or a classmate in a debate, broadens how I see the world. I plan to pursue business and economics, and to build ventures that create value for the communities that need it most.
